Based on this information, we will recommend speakers and/or moderators who match your criteria and budget. Once you have selected your favorites, we will check their availability and interest. After you have chosen a speaker and/or moderator, we send a confirmation to finalize the arrangements.

What Additional Costs Can I Expect Besides the Speaker or Moderator Fee?

You are responsible for standard expenses, which may include travel costs from the speaker’s location to the event (first-class tickets for long distances, business class for short distances, mileage, or professional transport service) as well as accommodation and meals, if necessary. If a visa is required, these costs will also be your responsibility.

Do You Offer Support After Booking a Speaker and/or Moderator?

We provide promotional materials, updated speaker profiles, and technical requirements. What Happens If the Speaker or Moderator Has to Cancel Due to an Emergency?

If a replacement is not acceptable, we will ensure that your organization receives a full refund. To protect your event, especially if it relies heavily on the speaker’s presence, we recommend securing event insurance.
